Georgia will head to the NCAA championships looking to uphold a tradition during the individual competition on Sunday.
Kat Ding won the national uneven parallel bars title the last two seasons and a pair of Georgia performers are ranked in the top 10 have chances to fill her shoes.
“I just know that it’s a great deal of pride that we feel here at Georgia in our bars tradition,” Georgia sophomore Chelsea Davis said. “I was recruited kind of for bars and I’m excited to get the chance to go out there and try to do the same thing she did.”
